How do I pay my bill?

We will automatically charge your debit or credit card on file each month. But don’t worry, if you need to change your card that we have on file we can do so at anytime.

Is there a trial period?

Absolutely, we offer a 30-day trial period that begins on the day you receive your equipment. If you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, you can return it back to us for a full refund minus the shipping costs.

How long is your contract?

We offer several options, including no-contract for maximum flexibility, and a 1-year option that saves on equipment costs. Compare our plans here.

What is your refund policy?

If you decide to cancel service after your 30-day trial period you can do so without additional cancellation fees. There will not be a pro-rated refund.

Do I need to return my equipment when I cancel?

Your equipment does not need to be returned back to us because you paid for the equipment when you signed up for service.

What happens when my alarm system detects an intrusion?

When your system detects an intrusion alarm, our dispatch center will give you a call to make sure you are safe. If you do not answer we will then dispatch your local police. You may also choose to have a spouse, friend or family member called before we dispatch- just indicate that on your emergency call list.

Do you service internationally? Where do you service?

Will my pet set off the alarm?

No, our system is pet friendly and won't be triggered by pets 40 lbs and under.

Does GetSafe work with my old security system set up?

No, GetSafe does not work with other security systems

Is there a warranty on the devices?

Yes, there is a one year warranty on the products if there are any manufacturer issues. Return your system within the 30-day trial period if you are unhappy for any reason.

What requirements do I need to get a GetSafe system?

You need internet connection with a modem to connect your Smart Hub to.
You also need a smart phone- Iphone or Android to control your system from.

What is included in the professional monitoring plan?

How does GetSafe compare to other DIY security systems, like SimpliSafe?

Both SimpliSafe and GetSafe are great home security systems, but GetSafe has more features and can be much less expensive. SimpliSafe cost and feature comparison for details.

Do I need AT&T service/subscription to have the cellular back up?

No, each Smart Hub comes with an AT&T SIM card already installed.
