What is GetSafe

Setup your system

  • Downolad the GetSafe app

    Downolad the GetSafe app

    Get the app from either the Apple Store or Google Play store.

  • Set up the SmartHub

    Set up the SmartHub

    It’s simple plug-and-play. Just plug it into a power outlet, connect it to your Ethernet, insert the emergency battery, and the Smart Hub takes it from there.

  • Register on the App

    Register on the App

    Open the app on your smartphone and follow the steps for first time registration. You’ll be asked to enter your SmartHub’s serial number. You can find that on the bottom of your hub.

  • Install the sensors

    Install the sensors

    No tools required! All our sensors are peel-and-stick. Insert batteries in each sensor and place them where you need. 

  • Test the system

    Test the system

    Walk around and internationally set off the sensors. If you have any questions, call us! Our customer support staff is waiting to help.

Add a Device in App

Step 1. Open GetSafe App and go to the main menu

Step 2. Select devices

Step 3. Select “Add a new device”

Step 4. Select the type of device it is

Step 5. Once the pairing screen comes up, insert the batteries into the device

Step 6. Once the device has been located, you can rename the device and install
